All payments are through Google checkout and then authorized and approved.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £60.00   this excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders up to £60.00 are on a 1 to 3 day delivery charge of 3.99, small items are posted by royal mail first class , our next day delivery charge is £4.99. Orders must be placed and received by 1pm. If any orders are over 30kg a postage surcharge of £9.99 will apply, this will be manually added and will not be shown in the transaction.
 

If the product is damaged or the wrong item has been received, then you will need to email us within 48 hours on receiving your product. After 7 days we will not offer a refund.

Refunds, Refusals and cancellations

A surcharge of 20% is charged if you are unable to sign or refuse the parcel at the delivery address and also the delivery fee will apply.

A redelivery charge of £9.99 applies if you’re unable to sign for the item after the first attempt.

You may email us at admin@buysupplements.co.uk within 7 days after the purchase, refunds won’t apply after this period.

A 20% surcharge and the delivery fee will be charged for all refunds except for damaged or wrong items.

All payments are made through Google checkout, to purchase an item you will need to register and meet the requirements set out by Google, This is a secure method of payment and we will soon be introducing other methods, cheques are payable to buy supplements ltd and goods will be only released after the cheque has been cleared.
